  • Upload a purchase order if applicable

Once submitted, our pharmacy team will review your request and contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and dispatch timelines. We’ll also advise of any required documentation to ensure full compliance.

  • Absolutely. Our order form allows you to tick additional supplies such as IV fluids, controlled drugs, dressings, and more. You can also leave notes for custom needs.

  • A member of our logistics team will review your request and contact you with a quote, lead times, and any regulatory requirements (e.g., e-prescription, destruction certificate, etc.).

  • Yes. Once your supply request is reviewed, we will issue a formal quotation or PO for your procurement team to process.

  • We deliver to ports, helidecks, and forward logistics partners as required. Cold-chain and urgent dispatch options are available — please note this in your request.

  • Yes. We can collect, replace, and issue documentation for your current DMAC Kit — including controlled drug destruction certificates for compliance.
